The User has the right to:

• Training and support for using dashboard functionalities.
• Export their own data generated on the platform.

The User undertakes to:

• Provide correct and complete information upon registration.
• Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or in violation of the law.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the account and password.

Carolinetool undertakes to:

• Ensure the technical operation of the platform according to specifications.
• Protect the user's personal data.
• Respond to support requests within the established timeframe.

3. Limitation of liability

Carolinetool is not responsible for business decisions made based on analyses generated by the platform. The tool provides calculations and indicators (such as profitability and financial control indicators) for informational and training purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial results. Our liability is limited to the value of the payment made for the service in the last month.

4. Conditions for termination of use

The User may stop using the service at any time by deactivating the account. Carolinetool reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, all user data will be permanently deleted after a period of 30 days.

5. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified by email or through an announcement on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
